As a fitness instructor, I enjoy motivating, pushing and challenging my students to meet their goals. My passion for training started at an early age as a competitive gymnast. I currently weight train, take yoga, do Crossfit and compete regularly in mud runs and 5K races.
I met my husband at the gym and we have passed down our passion for fitness to our two kids as well as the importance of eating right and staying healthy. I know how important it is to stay on track with your busy schedules, so come see me in one of my classes, and get ready to be challenged and get into shape.
